💼 About the Role

As a Partner Manager at Otera, you will play a critical role in establishing, nurturing, and expanding relationships with key GSIs and advisory firms. Your expertise will shape our go-to-market strategy, accelerate business growth, and create mutual value for both Otera and our partners.

You will work closely with internal teams to identify, pursue, and close strategic partnership opportunities, ensuring the seamless execution of joint projects and long-term collaboration.



🔥 Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute Otera’s GSI & Advisory partnership strategy
* Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners
* Build and manage executive-level relationships within partner organizations
* Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling motions, and pipeline generation
* Enable partners through training, certifications, and sales support
* Collaborate internally to align partnerships with product, marketing, and sales objectives
* Track partnership performance, KPIs, and revenue impact
* Ensure successful execution of joint customer projects



😊 About You

* 8+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or business development
* Experience working within the Agentic AI space
* Proven track record working with GSIs, consulting firms, or advisory organizations
* Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and go-to-market strategy
* Ability to build executive relationships and influence stakeholders
* Commercial mindset with demonstrated revenue impact
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
