Job Overview
A fantastic opportunity to help maximise the revenue across the Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin properties in Newcastle. As Cluster Sales Manager you will drive the Hotel’s Sales and Marketing plan, reporting to the General Managers and the Regional Director of Sales, ensuring both brands are represented while actively seeking new opportunities and cross‑selling all hotels within the Malmaison/HdV cluster.
Responsibilities
* Drive sales and marketing plans for the cluster.
* Report to the General Managers and Regional Director of Sales.
* Secure new opportunities and cross‑sell across hotels.
* Manage the inquiry process, training and communication within the department.
* Foster strong relationships with guests.
* Prioritise and complete tasks efficiently.
* Present confidently to senior decision makers.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
* Working knowledge of the hotel industry.
* Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
* Self‑starter, organised and able to prioritise actions.
