Job Title: Cover Supervisor (CS) Location: Nottinghamshire Pay Rate: £105 – £120 per day (depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time Are you a responsible and proactive individual looking to support students and teachers in a school environment? GSL Education are looking for a Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming school in Nottinghamshire. This role is an exciting opportunity to ensure continuity of learning when teachers are absent, providing structured lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment. As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise classes and deliver pre-prepared lessons in the teacher’s absence. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, productive learning environment. Support students with their learning and engagement. Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour. Assist with administrative tasks as required. Requirements for Cover Supervisor : Prior experience as a Cover Supervisor in UK school setting is mandatory. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage students effectively and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
