About The Role
Nouveau Care is recruiting on behalf of an established dental practice in Downham Market, Norfolk, UK, who are looking for a skilled and motivated permanent dentist to join their busy practice on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality dental care to both NHS and private patients
Support a dental therapist and overseas dentist (additional UDA rate offered)
Grow and develop private dental services in a steady, ethical, and patient-focused environment
Collaborate with specialists for more complex cases
Utilise robust marketing systems to promote personal specialties to direct patients
Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients requiring special care dentistry

Requirements
Registerable dental qualification
Full registration with the General Dental Council
NHS performer number
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
Strong communication skills and IT proficiency
Ability to work well as part of a team and manage change effectively
Knowledge of legal and ethical frameworks in dentistry
Experience in special care dentistry is an advantage but not essential
