You will have full accountability for all aspects of the business, including the BMW franchise, a standalone MINI operation, and an off‑site PDI Centre. This includes ownership of manufacturer relationships, driving operational excellence across a high‑volume sales environment, maintaining strong financial and cost control, and leading an engaged, performance‑focused team. A proven leadership track record is essential, with a clear ability to motivate, inspire and develop colleagues while ensuring full compliance with policies, processes and legislative requirements. You will also be responsible for prioritising customer and colleague health and safety, ensuring a professional, safe and compliant working environment at all times. You must drive a culture where the business succeeds by delivering the right products and services to customers that meet their needs, protect them from harm, and encourage long‑term loyalty. Acting with integrity and building trust will be central to your success. You will bring a strong track record as a General Manager or Head of Business within the automotive sector, with proven success in high‑volume new and used vehicle operations and a consistent focus on delivering both financial performance and outstanding customer outcomes.
