Due to growth, the Key Account team are looking for an additional team member to join the business. As the markets are shifting and the client portfolio is increasing, the business are looking for a driven strategic account manager to support these additional accounts to support them in their journey. This role will require you to be in the office 4 days a week if not meeting clients.


What You’ll Be Doing:

- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and retention targets.

- Foster and maintain effective relationships across all levels of client organisations.

- Identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Ensure timely and profitable contract management and account performance.

What You’ll Need to Bring:

- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in sales and profitability.

- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels.

- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Proficiency in analysing data to create compelling sales messages.

You be doing this:

- Develop and implement sales plans to maximise profits within an existing client base.

- Foster and maintain effective relationships across all levels of client organisations.

- Identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Ensure client expectations are met and manage the resolution of any service issues.

Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in sales and profitability.

- Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of interacting at all levels.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrix organisation.

- Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills, with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
