Role Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate your shift, ensuring a consistent standard of high‑quality care
* Support with medication administration, care plans, and clinical record keeping
* Provide hands‑on personal care and emotional support to residents
* Mentor junior staff and support their development
* Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Qualifications and Experience
* SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care & Medication Training
* Experience working in a care setting (minimum one year preferred)
* Confidence leading a shift and delegating tasks effectively
* A commitment to delivering person‑centred care with compassion
* Strong communication skills and a team‑focused approach
