Role: Care Team Leader - Nights
The Home: Downing House is a Good CQC rated residential care home offering dementia care in Withington, Manchester, providing high-quality care for up to 25 residents.
Shift Times: 8pm - 8am
Hours: 24 Hours Available. Weeknights and Alternative Weekends
Pay: £14.34p/h - £14.80p/h

The Role of Care Team Leader - Nights
* As the recognized Senior Carer on a shift, you'll have overall responsibility for monitoring the health, care, and social needs of our residents.
* Prepare, implement, and review personal care plans, including administering medication.
* Supervise, support, coach, and develop other team members. Liaise with people involved in residents' care, as well as with the residents themselves. Ensure residents' needs and wishes are at the center of the care provided.
* Take the lead during emergencies or when staff or residents need help.

About You
* You must be an experienced Carer, ideally with a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or committed to working towards this.
* Demonstrate good organization and staff management skills. Skilled in writing and updating Care Plans, and competent in administering medication.
* Passionate and committed to providing exceptional care to residents, their families, and friends.
