An overview of the role is as follows below:
* Providing 1st and 2nd Line Support, covering software, hardware with digital and face-to-face resolution
* Escalating upwards to 3rd line where necessary
* Maintaining accurate ticketing records and support cases
* A strong focus on customer service, driven by quality-oriented support and strong internal and external relationships
* Works closely with managers and other business stakeholders to support wider IT requirements and communicate updates effectively
* IT Support Analyst role providing 1st and 2nd line support for users across hardware, software, and remote working issues
Technical competencies
Essential
* Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central
* Understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
Desirable
* Experience with EPOS systems
* Microsoft Cloud Platforms, Azure AD and Entra
* Basic Networking knowledge
