The role
* You will provide first-in-class IT services and expertise to an exciting array of clients
* Primarily look after client visits and installs, deployment and configuration
* Troubleshoot various IT issues across applications and infrastructure at a 2nd line level
* Ensure your clients are protected and trained in terms of cyber security
* Continually improve your knowledge of IT
Needed to succeed
* A tenacious /proven troubleshooting ability at a second-line level
* A determined approach to your work and the skills to resolve a range of IT issues
* A valid driver's licence
