About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
* Prepare and maintain a well-organised, engaging Montessori learning environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan for each childs individual needs to support their growth and development.
* Foster strong, trusting relationships with children and colleagues.
* Ensure compliance with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards and other relevant regulations.
* Maintain a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment for all children.

What We Are Looking For:
* A Montessori Diploma (essential) and experience working in a Montessori setting.
* A solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
* A passion for teaching and creating an inspiring, fun learning environment for children.
* A commitment to safeguarding with an up-to-date DBS check.
