Service Delivery Manager - Manufacturing & Logistics

We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to make sure our technology services in Manufacturing and Logistics are reliable, efficient and always improving. You’ll be the bridge between our tech teams, operational colleagues and third‑party suppliers – keeping systems performing at their best and resolving any issues before they impact our business and customers.
What you’ll bring
* Take ownership of technology service delivery across Manufacturing and Logistics functions.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and technology teams.
* Monitor service performance, manage SLAs, and lead service reviews.
* Coordinate incident and problem management, ensuring quick resolution and root‑cause analysis.
* Identify opportunities to improve service reliability, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Work closely with suppliers to manage contracts, performance and escalation.
About You
* Experience in IT service management or service delivery, ideally in Manufacturing, Logistics or large scale operational environments.
* Strong communication skills, able to translate between technical and operational teams.
* A problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Good understanding of ITIL processes and service governance.
* Confidence in building relationships at all levels and managing multiple priorities.
