Responsibilities
* Identify opportunities for post completion support contracts
* Produce and submit technical submittal including description of operation and schedules
* Develop and agree project plans with customers
* Day to day co-ordination of resources
* Co-ordinate and communicate project Health & Safety and prepare and review H & S documentation
* P & L responsibility for assigned projects
Qualifications
* Candidates will have a BMS background and experience of Trend/Tridium, system integration and common protocols (Modbus, Bacnet, MBus)
* Experience of Distech software and hardware desirable
* Minimum 5 years BEMS service or commissioning experience essential together with an in-depth knowledge of building services and controls
