Contextual Information
This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work on a variety of client sites including healthcare, education, and commercial buildings.
As a Legionella Compliance Technician, you'll carry out vital inspections, temperature checks, asset cleans, and sample collections in accordance with ACoP L8 and HSG274 guidelines — all recorded via CompliApp, our cutting-edge digital reporting tool.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out temperature checks on outlets, calorifiers, and storage tanks
* Inspect, clean, and maintain water system assets (e.g. showers, TMVs, tanks)
* Perform flushing, sampling, and basic remedial tasks
* Record all work accurately on CompliApp
* Liaise professionally with clients and tenants while on-site
* Ensure all work is done safely and in line with ACoP L8, HSG274, and internal procedures
* Adhere to RAMS and report any hazards, defects, or issues promptly
