IT Support Apprentice A growing managed service provider is seeking an IT Support Apprentice who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to begin a rewarding career in IT, who holds a full UK Driving License. Key Responsibilities Provide 1st Line IT Support to clients Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure Manage calls, service tickets, and email requests via a Service Desk Deliver both remote and on-site technical support Respond promptly to system failures and technical issues Create and maintain process documentation Troubleshoot faults and ensure timely resolution Build and maintain strong client relationships Requirements Full UK driving licence (required for on-site support) Good understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems Familiarity with routers, networking equipment, and wired/wireless troubleshooting Basic understanding of TCP/IP principles Strong verbal and written communication skills Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English Some prior IT experience is desirable Training & Development This role includes a 1215 month IT apprenticeship programme, combining structured training with practical, on-the-job experience.
