Were currently recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team within the construction/fit out sector. This is a hands-on role working closely with operations, responsible for managing projects from pre-contract through to final account, maximising commercial performance and profitability across multiple sites. Key requirements: Proven QS experience in construction or fit out Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (JCT) Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills Confident communicator with strong negotiation ability Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Full driving licence and willingness to travel A relevant third-level qualification and tendering experience are advantageous.
