What you will be doing:
* Act as a first point of contact for students on placement, dealing with complaints and resolving complex cases, providing general advice, guidance, information and support.
* Provide information on University regulations or PSRB requirements relating to placements to both students and staff.
* Be responsible for the maintenance of the student records, ensuring that the Student Record System (SITS) and Placements Management System and other associated systems are kept fully up to date in accordance with University processes.
Qualifications/ experience:
* Experience of working in an administrative role
* Experience of using a variety of IT packages to a high standard, including word processing packages, spreadsheets and databases
* Experience of taking minutes and providing information at meetings
