Food & Beverage Assistant Manager - Eastwood Hall, Nottingham
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager for our venue, Eastwood Hall - Restaurant, Bar, Room Service & Conference & Banqueting.
Salary: £13.75 + excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.
Your Role:
* Lead and develop the Food & Beverage Services Teams.
* Ensure efficient operation across all food and beverage service areas.
* Plan for upcoming business to maintain high service standards.
* Oversee Conference & Wedding Events, Restaurant services, and Bars.
* Ensure team members have thorough knowledge of our food and beverage offerings.
* Contribute to business strategy discussions to maximize results.
* Support the Food and Beverage Managers in maintaining quality and profitability, ensuring revenue is maximized.
* Work with the Head Chef to uphold high standards of food service and production.
* Review guest feedback regularly and implement improvements to maintain quality standards.
* Keep all F&B SOPs up to date.
* Optimize productivity through effective rostering and budgeted payroll targets.
* Carry out Duty Management shifts.
* Organize restaurant, bars, and conference operations to meet demand, focusing on stock control and payroll.
* Participate in target setting and communicate goals to the team.
* Support beverage stock management and ordering, ensuring use of approved suppliers.
* Maintain effective beverage controls and systems for stock management.
* Motivate and lead the team positively, providing ongoing training and development.
* Assist in recruitment and health & safety compliance.
* Participate in stock inventories and control stock within budget.
* Ensure legal and company policies on fire, health, and safety are followed.
