About the Role
As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the level of care we offer exceeds professional standards and complies with statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You will take responsibility for resident care in the absence of the Home Manager and supervise/coaching colleagues to provide empathetic, high-quality service.
About You
HC-One seeks a Deputy Home Manager with knowledge of National Standards and experience in person-led care planning within a care home. You should possess a positive attitude, natural ability to connect with people, and be an effective mentor. Good time management and record-keeping skills are essential. You will communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
