Rolls-Royce Sunningdale has a fantastic opportunity available for a junior-level Marketing Executive to join our award-winning team.
The successful candidate will become part of a driven and dynamic team, working with one of the most prestigious luxury brands in the world.
You will be involved in all key elements of the marketing functions within the dealership, from planning events to managing daily social media posts. This is a fun, varied, and fast-paced role, and we are looking for a candidate who can add a creative flair to our marketing activities while ensuring all key KPIs are met.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be articulate and confident, and possess the necessary experience to carry out the duties of this important role. A strong work ethic and a passion for creating innovative marketing campaigns are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Meeting margin-related guidelines and KPIs monthly/quarterly
2. Managing the integrity of manufacturer and dealership databases
3. Liaising with manufacturers and marketing agencies to organize and deliver marketing activities and events
4. Creating customer-specific campaigns
5. Managing and editing pages on Sytner and manufacturer websites
6. Using social media platforms to create awareness and engaging content, bringing new ideas to various platforms
You should be computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and proficient in all social media platforms. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently under strict deadlines are crucial.
The preferred candidate should live within a reasonably commutable distance from the dealership.
Minimum experience requirements:
1. Previous marketing experience—education or workplace
2. Experience communicating confidently with customers face-to-face, by phone, and email
3. Flexibility to work outside regular hours during peak times, with some travel and overnight stays
