We’re looking for one of our first Solutions Consultant to join Omnea’s commercial team. You’ll be excited to drive the success of Omnea’s go-to-market motions, build a function, and have a massively accelerated career trajectory. You’ll be joining us at the most exciting possible time — we raised an initial $5m seed round from two tier 1 VCs and 30 renowned founders & angel investors in summer 2022 and have since become one of Europe’s fasting growing SaaS businesses. Now we’re ready to scale. We are looking for the best Solution Consultant’s out there to help make Omnea one of Europe’s leading tech businesses: come build with us! What you can expect: You’ll join as one of the first hires into our Solutions Consultant Team at one of Europe’s fastest-growing early-stage companies working alongside an experienced team who have done this before, with the best investors and teams out there. You’ll navigate complex sales cycles with the world’s leading mid-market and enterprise tech businesses (~300-8,000 employees), supporting our GTM team in securing mid-five and then low-six figure deals. As we scale our GTM function, you’ll have an outsized impact on the business either bringing in the largest, most strategic customers or building out future teams as we expand globally. You’ll have an opportunity to drive impact across a broad range of areas - incl: Pre-Sales Engagement & Technical Discovery: Partnering with the commercial team to understand enterprise client needs, pain-points & technical requirements Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to map client requirements to Omnea’s capabilities Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle Product Demonstrations & Storytelling: Own & deliver compelling, value-driven product demos tailed to Omnea’s different use-cases Develop & iterate on demo environments, ensuring relevance for different industries & client types Clearly articulate Omnea’s differentiation & ROI for prospects Proof of Concepts (POCs) & Custom Solutions: Design & execute POCs with large multi-national organisations Coordinate between multiple internal & external stakeholders, managing the POCs process end to end Gather feedback from POCs to inform future product enhancements Technical Relationship Management: Build strong technical relationships with enterprise buyers, IT & procurement stakeholders Address security, compliance & integration concerns in a partnership with internal teams Solution Architecture & Integrations: Provide technical expertise on Omnea’s integrations with ERPs, and procurement systems Define integration strategies, API workflows & data mapping where required Collaborate with product & engineering to communicate needs Cross-Functional Collaboration & Feedback Loop: Partner with product, engineering & customer to ensure seamless handovers from sales to project Capture & relay client insights to influence roadmap prioritisation Contribute to development of technical sales collateral, playbooks & knowledge sharing initiatives About you TL;DR: you’re ambitious and hard-working, and will succeed at whatever you put your mind to. You have 4-7 years of experience succeeding in commercial GTM roles in B2B SaaS companies, of which the majority have been as a high-performing solutions consultant. You’ll be the technical expert in the sales process, working alongside a talented team to uncover and address client challenges You’ll engage directly with prospects, building tailored demos and leading technical discussions to showcase Omnea’s value You’ll partner with our sales team to lead custom discovery sessions, understand customer pain points, and showcase new or non-standard capabilities in the Omnea platform You’ll drive and own POCs in collaboration with the Customer and Product teams, ensuring prospects gain required technical comfort to move forward with Omnea You’ll act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer, ensuring consistent communication and alignment throughout the customer journey You’ll provide valuable feedback from the field to the Product team, helping shape future roadmap enhancements based on customer insights You’ll continuously improve our pre-sales processes, refining demo environments, technical documentation, and other sales collateral to better support future efforts About You You have 3-7 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment You’ve spent time in the modern finance or procurement stack, and deeply understand the needs and technologies our ideal customers use are are familiar with the procurement and billing/AP space You have experience with demoing, implementing or administering key applications such as ERPs, CLMs, GRC, procurement and/or AP automation platforms. You’re an effective communicator, simplifying technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. You’re a proactive problem solver, with strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset. You bring a strong technical foundation, with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate a complex software platform. You are skilled at leading product demos, running discovery sessions, and crafting custom solutions for enterprise clients You’re comfortable responding to RFPs/RFIs and addressing IT security queries, managing complex technical requirements.
