The role is in the Housing Investment team, which is part of the Housing and Regeneration Group within Housing Services (Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability (NRS).
The role will involve the delivery of the Affordable Housing Supply Programme (AHSP).
This is one of the Council's largest budgets, and is a key response to the City’s Housing Emergency. The AHSP involves working with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) to develop new and improved homes.
You will be responsible for providing important support to the Housing Investment team in the delivery of the AHSP. This will involve monitoring and reporting on RSL compliance with various aspects of grant funding requirements, and ensuring Scottish Government targets are met.
You will also work with Housing Investment's Finance staff on the assessment and processing of grant claims.
This post is temporary for a period up to 2 years.
