THE ROLE As Digital Analytics Manager, you will be involved in the following: Own the GA4 and BigQuery data for web and app performance. Manage the relationship with an external analytics partner. Build reports and insights on customer journeys across web and app. Analyse new app launches and feature rollouts across different European markets. Investigate performance of campaigns, promotions, and site/app changes. Provide insight into the commercial impact of site issues, downtime, or tracking errors. Partner closely with internal stakeholders to influence decision-making with clear, data-driven insights. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Proven experience with GA4 and BigQuery for digital analytics. Strong background in web and app analytics, with an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Experience managing third-party data or analytics partners. Strong stakeholder engagement skills Self-starter mindset Exposure to BI/visualisation tools such as Looker is a bonus but not essential. BENEFITS Competitive salary (£65,000–£70,000) benefits.
