Inclusion Support Officer Full-time You’ll play a key role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and supporting the school’s behaviour and wellbeing provision. A typical day might include: Checking in with pupils who need extra support Supporting behaviour plans and interventions Working with pastoral leads to keep students engaged Helping pupils regulate emotions and return calmly to learning You’ll be perfect for this role if: You’ve worked with young people who need structure and guidance You’re confident, warm, and can stay calm under pressure You’re good at spotting what a student really needs Pastoral experience is a bonus, but the right attitude goes a long way.
