ABC Teachers are looking for dedicated and passionate Spanish Teachers to join our dynamic teaching team to work within MFL departments in and around the Wolverhampton area. This is a wonderful opportunity for a dynamic educator to inspire students and cultivate a love for the Spanish language and culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Spanish lessons, fostering language acquisition, and contributing to the overall development of the language department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Develop and implement a comprehensive and challenging Spanish curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support language development.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and success in learning Spanish.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the MFL department and contribute to the wider school community.
* Organize and lead extracurricular activities, such as language clubs or cultural events, to enrich students' learning experiences.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with language teaching methodologies and educational best practices.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A degree in Spanish, Modern Foreign Languages, or a related field.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching the Spanish language.
* Experience teaching Spanish at the secondary level, including KS4 and KS5.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
Desirable:
* Experience in leading language-related extracurricular activities, such as exchange programs or trips abroad.
* Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance language learning.
* A proven track record of achieving excellent student outcomes in Spanish.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Spanish Teacher you will:
