Could you deliver high-quality services to improve the condition of housing for our residents? If so, we are looking for someone like you to join our team! If we are a good fit for you, you will have the opportunity to work within a supportive team on a wide range of housing cases, from disrepair and HMO licensing to harassment and illegal eviction. What will you be doing? - Responding to service requests and giving appropriate advice. - Carrying out a range of inspections and investigations and encouraging landlords to remedy defects. - Taking appropriate enforcement action where necessary. - Bringing HMOs up to standard and actively seeking out unlicensed HMOs.
