As a Technical Support Surveyor, you will be: Providing technical support in the delivery and development of responsive repairs and maintenance services Plan, organise and undertake pre- and post-inspections, preparing detailed schedules of works using NHF Schedule of Rates Carry out Damp and Mould inspections in line with statutory requirements and relevant timeframes Identify and manage works under CDM Regulations where applicableI'd love to speak to anyone who has: IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification Degree or HNC/HND in a Building-related subject Evidence of continued professional development in technical building knowledge Social housing experienceThe Technical Support Surveyor role is offering the following benefits: 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays Option to buy up to 5 days extra annual leave Enhanced family leave Organisational sick pay Generous pension scheme of up to 10% which is matchedThis role is offering £45,074 plus a 4% pay award from the 1st April 2026.
