Our Client is a well established fire and security business with a turnover of 1.4 million a year. They cover both the fire and security divisions and carry a great reputation within the industry, due to expansion, they are now looking for a fire and security operations manager to join their team, bringing new ideas and driving the division further with their expertise in the industry.
What your day to day will look like as a Fire and Security Operations Manager
* Manage fire and security operations across multiple sites.
* Lead and develop a team of engineers and supervisors.
* Oversee project delivery, maintenance contracts, and compliance requirements.
* Support operational planning, KPI setting, and performance tracking.
* Collaborate with directors on budgets, resourcing, and service improvements.
* Ensure H&S, fire safety, and security standards are consistently maintained.
* Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
