What you’ll do:
* Lead and develop a talented team of support desk and field engineers
* Be the senior point of contact for critical incidents and escalations
* Maintain high technical standards across IT, networking, security, VoIP & more
* Drive security best practices and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Balance leadership with hands-on technical problem-solving

* Experience managing technical teams in an MSP or fast-paced IT environment
* Strong technical understanding across infrastructure, networking, security & telephony
* Calm under pressure, people-first mindset, and a collaborative approach
