Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Business Administrator to join Bradford Council's Children's Services Department on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
We’re looking for a reliable and organised Business Support Officer to join our team in providing high-quality administrative and customer support within a busy social care setting. This is a varied role involving reception duties, record-keeping, data input, diary management, financial admin, and more.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting managers and officers with a range of business support tasks
*
Handling enquiries in person and by phone
*
Maintaining accurate records and information systems
*
Assisting with meetings, minutes, procurement and payments
*
Providing performance and financial data when required
What we’re looking for:

At least 3 years' admin/clerical experience, ideally in a public service environment
*
Strong IT and communication skills
*
Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy
