Job overview Job Purpose The post holder will support our community team’s in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, upholding patient dignity delivered with kindness and compassion. The post holder will provide and monitor the nursing care for a designated group of patients during a care episode. The post holder will also actively contribute to an effective learning environment. Scope and Range The Registered Nurse Associates are equipped with the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes, and behaviours relevant to employment as a Registered Nursing Associate and will work to a nationally recognised Code of Conduct. The Registered Nursing Associate works independently under the leadership of Registered Nurses, working within the scope of their competence and the role requirements in the delivery of nursing care. The Registered Nurse Associate will have the ability to make decisions within their scope of competence and will liaise and report back any findings and evaluations to Registered Nursing staff.
