Maintenance Manufacturing Engineer - 13 Month Placement (July 2026)
Entity, Location – Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood.
Our maintenance team are responsible for the maintenance of production equipment across a variety of departments. As a part of the team, you will work alongside our maintenance team to improve machine durability, performance, and longevity.

1. Cross-departmental Project style work.
2. Research into digitalization and future technologies.
3. IT / Robotics / Mechanical / Electrical diagnostic work and problem solving.
4. Contractor management.
5. Administrative tasks.
6. Data analysis.
What should you bring along?
7. Studying a bachelor’s or integrated master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in an Engineering or relevant course.
8. Extensive PC skills (Microsoft Office, CAD, SharePoint, Power BI etc).
9. Structured problem solving.
10. Time management skills.
11. Effective Communication skills.
