Key Responsibilities
* Representing clients at police stations and Magistrates’ Courts as Duty Solicitor
* Conducting advocacy in Crown Court proceedings using HRA qualification
* Managing a dynamic and varied caseload
* Preparing case files, drafting legal submissions, reviewing evidence
* Delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional standards
* Acting as a proactive member of the team and contributing to strategic case progression
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor with Duty Status
* Higher Rights of Audience (Criminal) desired
* Strong advocacy background and confident courtroom presence
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Solid knowledge of criminal procedure & case preparation
