What you'll be doing:
* Growing your broker panel and turning conversations into new business
* Spotting opportunities and upselling beyond the immediate case
* Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and driving them through the sales funnel
* Building strong, commercially focused broker relationships
* Supporting Key Account Managers with high-quality opportunities
* Owning your pipeline, hitting KPIs, and reporting performance clearly
* Staying ahead of the market by keeping tabs on competitors and trends
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in telephone-based business development (mortgages or financial services ideal)
* A track record of smashing sales targets and growing broker relationships
* Confident, influential, and results-driven – you know how to close over the phone
* Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
* CRM savvy, with the ability to use data to drive performance
* Knowledge of mortgage products and the regulatory landscape is a bonus
