We are recruiting a temporary Recruitment Administrator to join our prestigious client in Eurocentral. This is a great opportunity to support the recruitment team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. This role is initially for 10 weeks, however there may be potential for it to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Update and maintain recruitment systems and candidate records
* Manage recruitment emails and correspondence
* Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
* Prepare interview packs and recruitment documentation
* Support onboarding and pre-employment administration
* Provide general recruitment administration support as required
Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience
* Experience working within recruitment or HR administration
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
