Quantity Surveyor
Location: Warrington area (hybrid working)
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 plus car allowance (£4,000)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

A well-established employee-owned construction and consultancy practice is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its team. With clients across Local Authorities, Universities, and NHS Trusts, this is a great opportunity to work on meaningful projects within a supportive and close-knit business.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to take on more client-facing responsibility within a consultancy known for its long-standing relationships and consistent delivery. The Stockton Heath office has a steady pipeline of projects and a strong reputation as a trusted partner to public sector organisations across the region.
You’ll be involved in a variety of schemes, particularly within healthcare and education, supporting projects from early stages through to completion. Working directly with clients, you’ll gain exposure to every stage of the process while being part of an experienced, approachable team.
APC support is available for those working towards MRICS, making this an ideal role for someone who values professional development and the security of joining an employee-owned business with a proven track record.
Requirements
* Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK consultancy (essential)
* RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
* MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership
* Experience working with public sector clients desirable (e.g. Local Authorities, NHS, Universities)
* Strong Pre & Post Contract knowledge
