What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing your own portfolio of property sales from offer to exchange and completion Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and other agents Handling surveys, renegotiations, and client paperwork Ensuring regular communication and updates for clients throughout the process Maintaining accurate records and progress notes Promoting and up-selling recommended financial services and solicitors (earning additional rewards) What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Estate agency or property sales progression experience desirable (training available) Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines Proactive, motivated, and results-driven attitude Good IT and administrative skills What's In It For You?
