Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Secretary based in the Greater Preston Area. Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents, managing clerical tasks, maintaining accurate diary schedules, and assisting legal professionals. The chosen candidate will also ensure the smooth administration of day-to-day office operations while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Law and experience in Legal Document Preparation
* Experience supporting legal professionals, including Legal Assistants
* Strong Clerical Skills and proficiency in administrative tasks
* Effective Diary Management and organizational skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment
* Proficiency with legal software and office tools is an advantage
