Bridge Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join a busy and growing engineering team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to work on interesting and varied engineering projects using modern equipment within a well-established workshop environment. Training will be provided for the CNC Brake Press where required.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
* Relevant workshop experience, ideally within a precision sheet metal or plate environment working to tight tolerances
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* General engineering workshop knowledge
* Experience working with aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel
* CNC Brake Press experience desirable (training provided)
* TIG and MIG welding experience advantageous
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Ideally time served

Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 07:30 16:00
* Friday: 07:30 14:00
Annual Leave
* 20 days holiday during the first year of service
* Increasing to 25 days thereafter
