We have experience supporting Azure or Azure Active Directory environments. We have good knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory. We have solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and switching fundamentals. We have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. We have excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients. We hold a full UK driving licence. It is desirable that we have experience assisting with cloud migrations or infrastructure projects. It is desirable that we have knowledge of backup solutions, disaster recovery and cybersecurity best practices. It is desirable that we have experience with RMM, PSA or ITSM systems within an MSP environment. We are strong technical thinkers with a willingness to take ownership of problems. Responsibilities: We assist with the delivery of IT infrastructure projects including cloud migrations, server deployments and network upgrades. We provide 3rd line technical support for complex issues escalated from the service desk. We implement Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions for clients. We support hybrid and cloud environments including Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365. We install, configure and maintain servers, networking equipment and virtual environments. We assist with security improvements including backup solutions, endpoint protection and best practices. We troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, networking and cloud platforms. We work closely with the service desk team to provide technical guidance and mentoring. We maintain accurate project documentation, network diagrams and technical records. We ensure work is delivered in line with client requirements, SLAs and internal standards.
