HGV 1 Driver - Raunds (Wellingborough)
We are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for temp to perm roles in our depot in Raunds (Wellingborough). The role consists of refrigerated deliveries to shops and stores. 8 - 15 drops per day, with tail lift and cages. Immediate starts for successful candidates.
Shifts patterns available
* Saturday to Wednesday 02:00am start
* Tuesday to Saturday 03:00am start
Day pay rates
* Monday – Friday £16.63 (overtime after 47.5hrs £18.71)
* Saturday £18.71
* Sunday and Bank Holidays £24.95
Nights pay rates
* Monday – Friday £19.00 (overtime after 47.5hrs £21.38)
* Saturday £21.38
* Sunday and Bank Holidays £28.50
30-minute break deducted per shift only!
What we are looking for
* In date DIGI and CPC card
* Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual
* Willing to work weekends
* Motivated and open to learn new skills
* Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work
Your role
* Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules
* Prepping vehicles for delivery
* Completing vehicle checks
* Refuelling vehicles
* The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full
