Excellent communication skills, a friendly, enthusiastic personality, a professional telephone manner and professional proficiency in both English and German languages are all essential requirements. Experience of providing world class service would be a great advantage, however an attentive, friendly manner and a professional, well organised approach are equally as important. Flexibility with regards to your hours of work would be helpful.
The job is varied and interesting and, as an expanding family business, employing 250 people, we can provide in depth training, a friendly, supportive working environment and competitive future earnings potential. You will also be given the opportunity to work closely with our German office.

Hours: 39 hours per week, 5 days per week, with One Saturday a Month
