About the role
Our Restaurants offer a variety of foods. Working with local suppliers, we’re committed to consistency of production using locally sourced products. If you’re excited about driving change, have a flair for all things Food, and want to be part of a great team, looking to make your mark, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
What we need from you
* As Chef de Partie, you’ll motivate the commis chefs to prepare food for our Restaurants. You’ll have an eye for quality, consistency and for portion control.
* You’ll build good relationships with the front of house team to make sure our guests get exactly what they want, quickly.
* With an input into our daily special’s menu, you’ll also give our Head Chef your ideas for changing our a la carte menu.
* A qualification in professional cookery would be great, and relevant industry experience is essential.
