£39,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the role
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a vital role in transforming lives through specialist neurorehabilitation. Working as part of an interdisciplinary team, you'll assess, treat and support individuals with acquired neurological conditions and complex care needs. This role focuses on clinical expertise to support patient recovery and independence, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
You'll be based at a hospital in Tonbridge, working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days; 4 days may also be offered. This is a day-shift role with a supportive environment and opportunities for continued learning.
About you
You're a qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with the HCPC and RCOT, with a passion for neurorehabilitation and patient-centred care. You'll bring at least two years' experience in a relevant health or social care setting, and a proactive, collaborative approach to your work.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality OT assessments, treatment plans and interventions
* Manage your own caseload and contribute to discharge planning
* Support and supervise OT Assistants and junior colleagues
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to set and achieve patient goals
* Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional standards
* Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
* Participate in ongoing CPD opportunities and clinical supervision
* Engage in a supportive team culture and structured career progression
* Access wellbeing resources and employee assistance programmes

Qualifications
* Qualified Occupational Therapist
* HCPC and RCOT registration
* Experience in neurorehabilitation or related field (minimum two years)
