Who We’re Looking For
Experienced healthcare professionals with 12+ months’ post-registration experience, including:
* Registered Adult Nurses (RGN)
* Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN)
* Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD)
* Physiotherapists
* Occupational Therapists
* Paramedics
Experienced Functional Assessors are also welcome to apply.
What You Need
* Valid NMC or HCPC registration (without restrictions)
* Strong clinical reasoning and report‑writing skills
* Confident IT capability
* Ability to commute to Barnstaple for face‑to‑face assessments
* Full right to work in the UK
The Role
As an Adult Health & Disability Clinician, you’ll apply your clinical expertise to evaluate how health conditions affect day‑to‑day life.
You will:
* Conduct adult-only functional assessments
* Review clinical and medical evidence
* Produce structured, evidence‑based reports
* Work independently with ongoing clinical support
* Take full control of your diary after six months
This is not a diagnostic or treatment role. It offers a structured, stable clinical environment with meaningful work – without shift patterns, hospital pressures or unpredictable workloads.
