Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Bridgestone Group are working with a well-established manufacturing business is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its Peterborough site. You will play a key role in supporting production by reducing downtime, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently.
Working as part of a collaborative engineering team, you will:
* Work closely with production to minimise downtime
* Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance
* Investigate and diagnose breakdowns and performance losses
* Record repair activity and identify recurring issues
* Ensure spare parts, tools and materials are readily available
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
Shift Pattern: Nights; Sunday to Thursday- 10pm to 6am
Salary: £53,000 per annum package includes shift allowance & overtime premium
Experience Required;
* Experience in a maintenance engineering environment
* The ability to work independently and take initiative
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred, though time-served engineers will be considered
