Reporting to the General Counsel for Europe, you will provide legal, compliance and risk management support across multiple jurisdictions.

The European headquarters, based near Gatwick, plays a key role in supporting regional operations and driving strategic initiatives.
Description Key responsibilities include:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
Advising stakeholders on legal risks and contractual strategy
Supporting compliance initiatives and risk management activities
Managing legal documentation and internal contract systems
Coordinating execution of contracts (electronic and wet signature)
Liaising with external parties on notarisation and apostille matters
Attending compliance meetings and maintaining accurate records
Delivering timely, pragmatic legal advice to internal clients
Profile You will be a qualified Solicitor with 2-3 years' PQE, gained in private practice and/or in‑house.
You will demonstrate:
Experience in areas such as data protection, employment, product regulation or international trade
Strong contract drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple matters and work to tight deadlines
A proactive, adaptable and commercially minded approach
Additional European language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
