The Customer Service Advisor Apprentice role Process New Job requests from clients and tenants. Identify solutions to problems reported by clients and tenants. Change appointments to a date and time convenient for the Resident or Client. Develop technical knowledge to process work orders efficiently and effectively. Engage with customers whilst demonstrating excellent customer care. Ensure work is booked in line with the priorities and timescales specified in a contract. Escalate emergency jobs to the planning team to resolve. Process cancelled orders and appointments Raise compliments and complaints using the appropriate process What skills will I need? You should have a genuine passion for Customer Services. You need to have a positive attitude, good communication skills and a commitment to building your career. You will also need GCSE (or equivalent) grade 4 or above in Maths and English and good IT skills. You need to be able to work well in a team and have a flexible attitude towards work.
