I am partnering with a well known Pharmaceutical client based just outside of London who are looking for a newly created Market access Manager to join their highly successful Oncology team. We are looking for an experienced Market access manager who ha a solid background within Oncology and is happy with a role that is 50% field based and 50% offices. The role is offered on a 1 year fixed term contract with a strong possibility of being extended, Hybrid working and a excellent culture and environment. Highlights below: Market Access Manager Oncology (with strong in-field component (50% of time is expected to be in field with customers) Must have oncology therapy area experience Must have field market access experience We currently do not have a dedicated oncology market access team and this person has the chance to come in and build this up Working alongside the internal cross functional team (sales reps and medical reps) and external relevant stakeholders across the NHS business and clinical stakeholders to optimize services and pathways Understating of HTA within the pharmaceutical industry and planning for digital therapeutic technologies Experience in pre-launch and launch market access planning Understanding of product life cycle from pre-launch to loss of exclusivity 4-5 years pharmaceutical experience in market access (could include consultancies), office and/or field roles Experience in evolution of existing materials and creation of new materials, programmes and resources for aligned to identified customer needs for national use to support the field-based market access team Excellent project management skills. Strong management of external agencies Proven track record of delivering high quality outputs on time Excellent team player and communicator Very familiar with the ABPI Code of Practice Effective and influential written and verbal communication skills Desired Technical Skills & Experience Previous CNS and oncology experience strongly desired Experience in digital therapeutics and complexities of bringing such to the NHS desired Track record of creating and implementing successful market access strategies and tactics Understanding of the complexities of the tender landscape in the UK and Ireland desired Experience of working in an alliance Understanding of the principles of the HTA systems in the UK and Ireland Business case development Education/Qualifications Science/pharmacy/medical education to degree level essential Continued professional development Clean driving licence Right to work in the UK
