1. OTE is circa £28,000 to £30,000

Job Description
The Role:
5. Taking client shift requirements and entering them into the system.
6. Finding staff members (Carers and Nurses) to fill the shifts.
7. Using influencing skills to maximise care coverage
8. Working at fast pace and under pressure
9. Confirming shifts with clients.
10. Confirming shifts with staff members.
11. Managing and organising large, dynamic and often complex client rotas.
12. Rearranging shift bookings to ensure maximum shift coverage.
13. Encouraging staff members to cover shifts when necessary
Qualifications
The Person:
14. A background in professional care, experience in care coordination.
15. A confident persona.
16. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
17. A highly competitive spirit, the desire to work towards goals and the stamina to excel in a fast-moving environment
18. Resilience, urgency and a desire to maximise the care provided to vulnerable people.
19. Care Coordination: 1 year (required)
20. Ideally experience in healthcare recruitment
